CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT

The hero you never see. The name you already know.
The characters of THE NAMING exist in the space between documentary and fable. The sheriff is an accountant who happens to hold lives in his ledger — gaunt, precise, joyless. Robin is never named, never shown full-face, never heroic — a hooded shape on a rooftop, a function not a person, gone before anyone can describe him. The mother is the true centre: exhausted, watchful, the one who turns a faceless act of violence into a story her child will carry. Shot in twilight-skylight realism at the blue hour
